IWe work with energy every day. We know it can sound like an abstract concept, so we’ve prepared this short guide to simply explain what energy healing is and how it can help you restore your balance and well-being.

The Basic Principle: You Are More Than a Physical Body

Imagine that, in addition to your physical body, you have an energy field that surrounds you and flows through you. It’s like an invisible river of life force energy (also known as Prana or Chi). When this river flows freely, you feel vibrant, calm, healthy, and connected.

This energy field is sensitive to everything you experience: your emotions, your thoughts, daily stress, and even old wounds from the past.

What Causes Energy Blockages?

The “river” of your energy can get jammed. Think of it as rocks or logs falling into the water, obstructing the flow. In real life, these “blockages” are often:

  • Stress and anxiety: Constant tension constricts your energy.
  • Unexpressed emotions: Sadness, anger, or fear that we hold inside become energetic knots.

  3. Facilitating Release: Using techniques like placing hands on or near the body, conscious breathing, and focused intention, we help dissolve these blockages. We act as a channel, allowing universal energy to flow to you and gently push out what is stuck.
  4. Restoring Balance: Once the knots are released, the goal is for your energy to circulate harmoniously throughout your system again, recharging your energy centers (chakras) and returning you to your natural state of balance.

What Does It Feel Like During and After a Session?

Everyone’s experience is unique, but the most common sensations during a session are deep relaxation, warmth or tingling in certain parts of the body, and sometimes, an emotional release (feeling like laughing or crying for no apparent reason).

Afterward, most people report feeling lighter, more at peace, with a clearer mind and renewed energy. It’s as if a weight you didn’t even know you were carrying has been lifted.
